1. Rewards Points Programme is a rewards programme (hereinafter referred to as “Programme”) designed by Optimo International Sdn. Bhd. for customer(s) / member to earn their points via purchasing at www.euphoriamalaysia.com which is RM1 equal to 1 point and by review on product purchasing. 
2. Redemption on rewards points is valid only for purchases made at www.euphoriamalaysia.com
3. Rewards Points are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-replaceable for credit, cash or kinds in all cases, whether in whole or in part.
4. Rewards Points will be valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. To view your points, log in to your account on our website.
5. Management may suspend or cancel this Programme without prior notice and without having to disclose any reason therefore and without any payment or compensation whatsoever. Suspension or cancellation does not entitle any of the Customer(s) / member to any claim or compensation.
6. Customer(s) / members are not allowed to transfer their Rewards Points to any other person.
7. Rewards Points earned from www.euphoriamalaysia.com are not entitle to combine with other discount during checkout. 
8. To avoid any doubt, we will NOT include the following items in the calculation of Rewards Points:

GUESS & WIN RAYA EDITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. This “Raya Crossword” is organized by Optimo International Sdn Bhd (332357-M) whose registered office is at No.9, Jalan TP 7, UEP Industrial Park, 40400 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia.
2. The competition is open to residents of Malaysia aged 18 years or over except employees of the organizer (including its affiliated and related companies) and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses) and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition, agents of advertising and/or promotion service providers of the Organizer [including its affiliated and related companies], and their immediate family members [children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses].
3. Duration of the contest starts from 10:00 am, 25.04.2023 till 10:00 am, 28.04.2023 The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Contest Period at any time. All entries received outside the Contest Period will be disqualified.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these rules and regulations.
5. Participants need to follow simple 2 steps to win Purifying Cleansing Water 150ml, Smoothing Purifying Toner and cash voucher RM100:

   • Winner will be picked based on the correct answer and followed all Euphoria Malaysia social media platforms.

8.  There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
9. Multiple entries from the same person are allowed, however, one person only entitles for one prize.
10. The closing date for entry will be 10:00 am, 28.04.2023 23. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
11. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
12. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these rules and regulations without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the organizer’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the organizer.
13. The organizer is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this contest.
14. There are RM2000 worth of prizes of the “Raya Crossword” contest: The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
15. The winner will be notified by Facebook post within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner does not contact the organizer or claim the prize within the time given, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner or pick a replacement winner.
16. The organizer will notify the winners when and where the prize can be collected/delivered.
17. The organizer’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the contest will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. By entering this contest, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
19. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Malaysia law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
20. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Malaysia data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
21. Entry into the contest will be deemed as acceptance of these rules & regulations.
22. Euphoria also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
23. Euphoria shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
